The Red Noland Cadillac team wants to introduce you to the tenacity you can expect in this luxury model. Let’s begin.
The Cadillac CT5 plays 4-dimensional chess. Drivers have the option of choosing from four Cadillac CT5 trims, depending on their wants and needs.
Below, we’ve laid out a guide highlighting the unique features in each of these trims, beginning with the base model.
The introductory model for the Cadillac CT5 is the Luxury. This base trim sets the standard for the other three trims, thanks to a powerful 2.0L Twin-Scroll turbocharged engine, with a 10-speed automatic transmission. Rear-wheel drive is included as standard, although all-wheel drive is also available.
Additionally, a 10-inch touchscreen display resides in the center stack of the interior cabin. This is complete with safety, navigation, and entertainment options for ease of access.
Safety-wise, both Forward Collision Alert and Automatic Emergency Braking are standard inclusions on the CT5 Luxury trim.
A noticeable upgrade with its interior design, the Cadillac CT5 Premium Luxury carries over the standard features found in the Luxury trim. However, leather seating surfaces now run standard as well as LED ambient lighting to amplify the driving mood.
Driving is made simpler, with the standard Lane Change Alert with Side Blind Zone Alert. You can switch lanes while maintaining your peace of mind. Plus, a wireless phone charger is now included in the center console.
Available features to consider in the Premium Luxury trim include:
The enhancements found in the Cadillac CT5 Premium Luxury trim are also found in the Sport model. This model provides more standard features tailored toward sporty drivers, like the sport grilles, spoiler, and rockers. On the inside, Magnesium Paddle Shifters are easy to access as part of the thick-rimmed steering wheel.
The tires are improved as well, with 19-inch alloy wheels with Pearl Nickel finish. This meshes well with the dark finish peppered throughout the upper molding of the exterior design.
Other available features to choose from include:
Lastly, the V-Series trim builds on what the Cadillac CT5 Sport trim offers—with even more added power. The previously optional 3.0L Twin Turbo engine is now included as standard in the V-Series trim. The performance suspension, Magnetic Ride Control, Performance Traction Management, and Launch Control are standard as well.
As with the Luxury trim, the Super Cruise™ driver assistance technology is optional—a feature keen on sustaining attentiveness on the roadways.
